This week we brought a little sunshine to the residents at Maimonides Health Center of Virginia Beach!
Reba’s “Top Dog”, Bingo, spent the afternoon sharing snuggles, gentle tail wags, and plenty of happy licks with seniors who needed a furry friend.
Seeing faces light up as Bingo strolled through the common room, pausing for pets, play bows, and a few “give paw” tricks, reminds us how powerful the human-animal bond can be. These visits are more than just cuddles; they spark joy, ease loneliness, and bring comfort to everyone involved.
Huge thanks to the staff at Maimonides for welcoming us and to our volunteers who make these outings possible.
